Prerequisite:
Completion of the Drum Journey Facilitator Training (or equivalent embodied experience).

12 Weeks | Live Transmission + Practicum
✺ Weekly live sessions (teaching + embodiment)

✺ Monthly practicum (you lead, you are witnessed, you are refined)
✺ Final initiation: lead your own ceremony under supervision
You are not evaluated.
You are met…and sharpened.

At the end of this training, you will receive a certification.
But know this:
Certification does not make you a facilitator.
Your capacity does.
This is a blessing of readiness, not permission.

The Training Path
This training unfolds over time, allowing integration and embodiment.
While the exact structure may vary, the training includes:
✓ foundations of sacred space holding
✓ guiding others through deep trance states and transformation
✓ opening and closing ceremonial space
✓ ethics, consent, and boundaries
✓ facilitating individual and small-group journeys, sessions, ceremonies, and retreats
✓ working with imagery, emotion, and somatic responses
✓ integration, grounding, and aftercare
✓ understanding your role (and your limits/boundaries) as a facilitator
This is a practice-based training, not purely conceptual learning.
How This Work Is Held
This training is:

◈ grounded in real-time facilitation practice
◈ paced to support integration
◈ held with care, clarity, and containment
You will be witnessed, guided, and challenged…not rushed, exposed, or pushed beyond your capacity.

This is not an entry point for everyone.
It is a next step for women already in relationship with the work.

Over 12 sessions together, you will be guided into the core practices of women’s work: holding circles, leading cacao ceremonies, guiding meditations, hosting retreats, and mentoring 1:1. You’ll also receive the foundations of building your practice as a facilitator, so that you can weave sacred work with grounded conscious business structure.

🜂 The Structure (For Those Who Need to See It)
Month 1: Foundations & Circle Work
✺ Holding space, safety, group dynamics, emotional range
Week 1: The Archetype of the Circle – history, lineage, purpose of women’s work.
Week 2: Sacred Space Mastery – energetic hygiene, protection, agreements, trauma-informed principles.
Week 3: Circle Facilitation Skills – guiding check-ins, balancing voices, handling emotional release.
Week 4: Practicum – you will design + lead a mini women’s circle exercise, receive feedback and have time for any Q&A to recap this first month.
Month 2: Ceremonial + Shamanic Arts & Ritual
✺ Cacao ceremonies, refining shamanic drum journeys, rites of passage, embodiment
Week 5: Cacao as Medicine – cosmology, preparation, safety, and leading a full cacao ceremony.
Week 6: Meditation & Journeys – meditation, drum journey/hypnosis techniques on how to guide + integration.
Week 7: Women’s Rituals – moon cycles, womb healing, archetypes, rites of passage, death + rebirth portals.
Week 8: Practicum – student-led mini ceremony or ritual. You will lead this and receive feedback + have time for any Q&A to recap this second month.
Month 3: Leadership & Integration
✺ Mentorship, hosting retreats, business strategy & structure, facilitation mastery
Week 9: The Facilitator as Mentor – 1:1 client work, coaching frameworks, shadow + ancestral/inner child integration and trauma informed coaching/space-holding.
Week 10: Retreat Leadership – structuring retreats, weaving modalities, risk management, logistics.
Week 11: Business Alchemy – authentic marketing, pricing, legal, finances, creating lasting containers.
Week 12: Initiation & Certification of Completion – you will lead a final mini circle/ceremony, receiving blessing + certification.
