This is a custom 6-week ceremonial training container for women who feel called to hold the shamanic drum for others with integrity, presence, and grounded responsibility.

This is not a personal initiation into sound. It is a facilitation training: focused on learning how to guide, contain, and integrate drum journeys for others with care and discernment.

An Initiatory Training in Drum Journeying & Ethical Facilitation
This training is for women who feel called not only to journey…but to hold the drum for others.
The Shamanic Drum Journey Facilitator Training is an initiatory path for women who wish to work with the drum as a tool for consciousness, embodiment, and ritual… with integrity, discernment, and respect for the unseen.
This is not a weekend workshop.
It is a training in presence, responsibility, and right relationship.
This Training Is For You If You:
✺ feel a deep relationship with rhythm, sound, or altered states
✺ already journey with the drum personally
✺ feel called to facilitate journeys for others… privately or in small groups
✺ value ethics, consent, and grounded spiritual practice
✺ want to learn how to hold space, not just techniques
✺ are not interested in shortcuts or spiritual performance
You do not need to call yourself a “shaman.”
You do need humility, presence, and readiness for responsibility.
What This Training Is
This is an initiatory facilitator training rooted in:

You will learn how to:

What This Training Is Not:
This training is not:
✕ a performance practice
✕ a promise of spiritual authority
✕ a certification to “heal” others
✕ cultural appropriation disguised as spirituality
✕ a fast track to teaching or leading large groups
You are not being trained to take power.
You are being trained to hold it responsibly.
The Role of the Drum
The drum is not a prop. It is:
✺ a threshold and portal instrument
✺ a rhythmic bridge between worlds
✺ a regulator of the nervous system
✺ a carrier of intention and attention
In this training, you will deepen your relationship to the drum as:

✓ a responsibility
You will learn to listen to the drum… not use it to perform.
The Training Path
This training unfolds over time, allowing integration and embodiment.
While the exact structure may vary, the training includes:
✓ foundations of shamanic journeying
✓ rhythm, trance, and altered states
✓ journeying for self vs journeying for others
✓ opening and closing ceremonial space
✓ opening and closing ceremonial space
✓ ethics, consent, and boundaries
✓ facilitating individual and small-group journeys
✓ working with imagery, emotion, and somatic responses
✓ integration, grounding, and aftercare
✓ understanding your role (and your limits/boundaries) as a facilitator
This is a practice-based training, not purely conceptual learning.

You will be witnessed, guided, and challenged…not rushed, exposed, or pushed beyond your capacity.

The Container
(Twelve private sessions · 2 hours each – 24 hours total training) – available online or in-person

Each session includes:

Session Flow
Session 1: Ancestral Drum Journey (Lower World)
✺ Meeting Your Totem Animal + Healing With Your Ancestors to Break Karmic Cycles, Release Small Stories & Patterns Passed Down Throughout the Generations
Session 2: Spirit Animal Guide Drum Journey (Lower World)
✺ Meet your totem (power) animal and spirits animal guides in all 7 chakras.
Session 3: Inner Child Drum Journey (Middle World)
✺ Travel back in time to a past memory to meet with your inner child to understand the root of your inherited wound(s) by forgiving yourself and those that may have hurt you.
Session 4: Soul Retrieval Drum Journey (Middle World)
✺ Re-integrate the soul parts of you that may have been lost due to shock from a challenging or traumatic past event in this lifetime.
Session 5: Cord Cutting/Womb Healing Drum Journey (Middle World)
✺ Release any energetic ties with people or partners of the past that may be draining your energy.
Session 6: Higher Self Drum Journey (Upper World)
✺ Journey into the upper world to connect to your higher self and the vision of your highest timeline. Meet the angels and spirit guides that support you.
The first six sessions are dedicated to your own experiential learning and personal transformation. During this phase, you will receive six distinct healing journeys while also participating in integrated teaching modules that explore the foundations of trauma-informed facilitation, ethical space-holding, integration support, and the art of guiding transformational experiences with depth, responsibility, and integrity.
Following this immersive learning phase, you will begin facilitating your own six practice sessions, applying the tools, frameworks, and embodied wisdom gained throughout the training. Each session will be supported by personalized feedback, supervision, and evaluation from me to help you refine your skills, strengthen your confidence, and develop your unique facilitation style. It will include integration/debrief at the end of each session.
