A voice carrying a rich tapestry of lived experience
With over 12 years on the path of healing, spiritual practice and ceremonial work, Karina Koryakhina is a ceremonial singer-songwriter whose music is rooted in prayer, remembrance and soulful connection. Originally from Ukraine with Russian roots and raised in Toronto, her voice carries cultural depth and devotion to the healing power of sound.
Blending vocals, acoustic guitar, shamanic drum and ancestral-inspired sounds, her music lives at the intersection of ceremonial folk, medicine music and soulful acoustic storytelling: earthy, intimate, heart-opening and deeply evocative. Her songs have been shaped by her diets with Shipibo and Yawanawá teachers in Peru and Brazil.
Since 2022 she has been composing her own songs, born from devotion, transformation, nature, love and the sacred path of remembrance. More than a performance, she creates spaces where people soften, feel, remember and reconnect with themselves, each other and spirit.
